About The Position

Team Honey Badger, a Domino’s franchise group with 148 stores across 10 states, is hiring an Assistant Manager. This full-time restaurant management role supports the Store Manager in restaurant operations and offers a path toward General Manager and other management opportunities. Training is provided, including one-on-one coaching, online courses, and a three-day leadership capstone. The schedule is 32–40 hours per week, with hourly pay of $15 and growth potential, plus bonus compensation.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations.
Lead, train, and motivate team members.
Deliver outstanding customer service each shift.
Maintain food quality, speed, and accuracy standards.
Handle scheduling, labor management, and inventory.
Assist with hiring, training, and staff development.
Oversee banking, cash handling, and store profitability.
Support marketing efforts to grow sales.
