Requirements

• Previous management or supervisory experience REQUIRED
• Strong leadership presence and ability to enforce company policies
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet daily performance goals
• Ability to coach, discipline, and develop team members
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Must be highly reliable with strong attendance record
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities
• Must be available for weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
• Comfortable working outdoors and in a physically demanding environment
• Strong organizational and operational skills

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of car wash technicians to ensure that every vehicle was washed to perfection.
• Develop and implement new car wash procedures and techniques to improve efficiency and quality.
• Manage inventory and ensured that supplies were stocked and used correctly.
• Maintain the equipment and made sure it was running at peak efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring maximum satisfaction.
• Manage the finances of the car wash, ensuring we stayed within budget and remained profitable.
• Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor/manager to meet business needs.
