About The Position

Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our Jeffersontown location! We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to help lead our store operations and drive success. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service. Manage and motivate team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Run shifts efficiently, making real-time decisions to optimize performance. Handle financial transactions and maintain accurate cash management procedures. Interact with customers, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Assist in implementing company policies and procedures. Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Collaborate with the management team to achieve store goals and improve operations. Participate in employee training and development initiatives. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail or food service management, with a track record of running successful shifts
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Solid mathematical aptitude and money management abilities
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions
  • Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and commitment to maintaining quality standards
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 15 people.
  • A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
  • You will also need access to reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid driver's license
  • You have to be at least 18 years old.
