About The Position
We are looking for a natural leader to join our team as an Assistant Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to earn more as you progress through different stages and develop your leadership skills. This position offers weekly pay, management training, opportunities for advancement to Store Manager, flexible schedules, and employee discounts.
Requirements
- Experience leading a team, managing a staff of 3 to 30 people during a shift.
- A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Full open availability.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Responsibilities
- Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
- Manage 3 to 30 employees during a scheduled shift.
- Be responsible for all store operations.
- Greet customers and take orders with a smile, including answering the phone with a smile.
- Operate the cash register and collect payments from customers.
- Make fast, accurate, and consistent products according to portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
- Deliver products by vehicle from the store to the customer safely and courteously.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, from the customer-facing areas to the back of the store.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
