The Assistant Manager supports the Community Manager in the daily operations of a 142-unit Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) property, with primary emphasis on tenant file compliance, income and asset certification, and resident relations. This role is critical to maintaining the property's regulatory standing under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code, HUD Handbook 4350.3, CHFA HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) and Housing Development Grant (HDG) program requirements, and the Project-Based Voucher (PBV) program administered through Maiker Housing Partners. The Assistant Manager serves as a key point of contact for prospective and current residents and works closely with the Community Manager and compliance staff to ensure the property remains in good standing for all layered funding sources.
