Luna Wireless is seeking candidates with hustle and ambition for unlimited potential to join their team as an Assistant Manager. This role works in partnership with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team to deliver T-Mobile’s aspirations of earning a place in our customers’ hearts and Mobile Associate success. The Assistant Manager is responsible for infusing every store’s Mobile Assistant with a passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto by thoroughly orienting and grounding them to a standard of Loving Our Customers. They ensure that every customer need is met, employees build customer confidence, and experiences are comfortable, simple, and solve the whole problem. The role involves completing observations of Mobile Associate interactions with customers, providing feedback for development, training, and coaching. The Assistant Manager effectively manages customer wait time, stays current on products, services, and promotions, and leads by example by staying up-to-date on the latest products, services, training, and leadership best practices. They interact directly with Mobile Associates to ensure they meet and/or exceed defined, monthly success measurements and complete assigned training on time. Additionally, the Assistant Manager assists in maintaining the quality of the overall store environment, adheres to national plan-o-gram standards, uses visual displays and interactive devices effectively, and keeps them current. They assist in the execution of Retail Methods & Procedures, ensure team knowledge of store systems and corporate/store communications, and deliver financial results based on key performance indicators. They also identify ways to manage and control store expenses and manage discounting and credits.
