We currently have 8 locations in the College Station and Houston area and plan to grow to over 30 locations in the next 4 years, with additional locations in Austin and San Antonio. Requirements
- 2+ years managing teams in restaurants or retail
- Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and quality control
- Dependable, solution-oriented, and guest-focused
- Flexible availability — nights, weekends, holidays
- Hard working but you also enjoy having FUN!
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations: open/close, inspect deliveries, enforce procedures
- Be a people developer! Identify and develop talent to fuel building our management team for rapid growth
- Lead by example: supervise, train, and coach crew members
- Ensure high-quality food, service, cleanliness, safety
- Handle guest issues with care and turnaround satisfaction
- Help build efficient schedules and balance labor needs
