About The Position

This is a general description that applies to all Assistant Management Positions. The ideal candidate has a natural inclination for leadership and is ready to step into a management role. This position requires strong judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask. Domino's Pizza is looking for individuals who are ready to be the boss and lead a team.

Requirements

Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people.
Stellar attitude and motivational skills to get the team in the right place, at the right time, and doing the right thing.
A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Access to a reliable vehicle that is insured.
A valid driver's license.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Set the tone and example for the store.
Perform all the duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during the scheduled shift.
Responsible for all store operations.
Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile, including answering the phone.
Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
Making fast, accurate, and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with the Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
