About The Position
As an Assistant Manager at Breeze Thru Car Wash, you will help lead daily operations, support team development, and create a consistent, high-quality customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys coaching people, solving problems, staying active, and leading by example in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Breeze Thru Car Wash is a developmental company that happens to wash cars.

Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day site operations alongside the Site Manager
- Support, coach, and develop Customer Service Attendants through training and feedback
- Help create a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently
- Adjust staffing priorities throughout the day based on business needs
- Monitor site cleanliness, safety, and operational consistency
- Perform preventative maintenance and assist with equipment troubleshooting
- Step into Customer Service Attendant responsibilities as needed
- Participate in leadership meetings, training, and continuous development opportunities
