About The Position

The Assistant Manager will join the team at Store 4700112, located at 1330 S Hurstbourne Pkwy, Louisville, Kentucky 40222. This role is for individuals who desire to be challenged, work in a fast-paced, fun environment, and build a career in management. The Assistant Manager will assist the Store Manager with the oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising, and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. They will help maintain high standards, provide fast and friendly service to customers, and execute the food program. The ideal candidate cares about customers, sets an example for staff, and displays a sense of urgency, patience, and leadership. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.
