About The Position
Raw Juce is a fun, fresh, organic, cold-pressed juice bar dedicated to creating real change through healthy, delicious products. We are looking for energetic, like-minded individuals to join our mission. The Assistant Manager is a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for ensuring a Great Guest Experience (#GGE) by fostering a fun, safe, and healthy environment where team members can learn, grow, and thrive. This role involves leading from the floor, creating delicious and nutritious products according to chef-curated recipes, recruiting and developing team members, and coaching them while recognizing performance and effort. The Assistant Manager will also educate guests, team members, and vendors on juicing, healthy eating, and the Raw Juce lifestyle, and will be responsible for understanding financial models, cost control, and Profit & Loss reports to maximize store profitability.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of leadership experience required (preferably in hospitality industry)
- Outgoing, friendly personality, team player & can-do attitude
- Passion for health and wellness
- Love for connecting with people & making others feel important
- Intellectually curious & consider yourself a lifelong learner
Nice To Haves
- Bachelors’ degree preferred
- Experience in customer-service focus position a plus
