About The Position

The Assistant Manager is typically in training to become a store General Manager. This position requires a full time commitment, both physically and mentally as this is a very demanding position. The Assistant Manager works in an hourly capacity and may work as many as 55 hours a week in the lunch, evening and late night dayparts. Candidates for this position must be available to work any hours of the day and any day of the week. Weekend hours are required for this position. Although no pizza making experience is required, prior retail / restaurant experience is preferred. The Assistant Manager will be in training for between six months and two years and in that time will complete a series of formal training modules and classes on the path to the General Manager position. The Assistant Manager will learn everything from customer service to people management, from product preparation and quality to inventory control. This position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and ambition to rise in the management ranks of the Company. You were born to be the boss. We know. Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
