About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers. This role requires a natural leader who can manage a team, control costs, inventory, and cash, and ensure excellent customer relations. The Assistant Manager sets the tone for the store and must be consistently performing at a high level.

Requirements

  • Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people.
  • Stellar attitude and motivational skills to get the team in the right place, at the right time, and doing the right thing all while creating a great place to work.
  • A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid driver's license.
  • Be a great role model with high standards for yourself and the rest of the team.
  • Willingness to work when the team needs you the most, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Judgment, math, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
  • Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during a scheduled shift.
  • Responsible for all store operations.
  • Greet customers and take orders with a smile, including answering the phone.
  • Operate the cash register and collect payments from customers.
  • Make fast, accurate, and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
  • Deliver products by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant.
  • Always maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
