About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers. This role requires a natural leader who can manage a team, control costs, inventory, and cash, and ensure excellent customer relations. The Assistant Manager sets the tone for the store and must be consistently performing at a high level.

Requirements

Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people.
Stellar attitude and motivational skills to get the team in the right place, at the right time, and doing the right thing all while creating a great place to work.
A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Access to a reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid driver's license.
Be a great role model with high standards for yourself and the rest of the team.
Willingness to work when the team needs you the most, including weekends and holidays.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Judgment, math, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during a scheduled shift.
Responsible for all store operations.
Greet customers and take orders with a smile, including answering the phone.
Operate the cash register and collect payments from customers.
Make fast, accurate, and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
Deliver products by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant.
Always maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
