About The Position

This role involves managing store operations, including equipment operation, stocking, product preparation, order processing, inventory management, and facility cleaning. Team members are provided with on-the-job training and are expected to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers. Key skills include accurate mathematical calculations, cash handling, verbal and written communication, computer/touch screen operation, and navigational skills for deliveries. The role requires adaptability to various work conditions, including temperature fluctuations, potential exposure to dust and fumes, and working with hot surfaces and sharp objects. Physical requirements include prolonged standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and occasional climbing. Specific tasks involve bending, crouching, reaching, driving for deliveries, and continuous use of hands for various manipulations.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age.
Possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
Possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks.
Depth perception.
Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Far vision and night vision for driving.
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgements and decisions.
Standing for most tasks.
Walking for short distances for short durations.
Lifting bulk product deliveries (up to 50 pounds) and stacking them.
Carrying large cans, pizza sauce, and trays of pizza dough.
Pushing to move trays on dollies.
Infrequent climbing of stairs or ladders.
Forward bending at the waist.
Crouching/Squatting occasionally.
Reaching continuously (up, down, and forward).
Driving for deliveries.
Eye-hand coordination is essential.
Use of hands is continuous during the day.
Frequent and/or forceful use of forearms and wrists.
Frequent and/or forceful pinching for assembling cardboard pizza boxes.
Ability to grasp cans, phone, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
