The Assistant Manager role provides a training ground for restaurant management. The role partners with the Restaurant General Manager to achieve success metrics, leads the restaurant team toward goals, and supports a positive, collaborative, family-oriented environment.

- Partner with the Restaurant General Manager on success metrics and lead the restaurant team to reach goals.
- Take ownership of the guest experience through friendly interactions, a clean restaurant, and hot, fresh meals.
- Grow and mentor the team through training and hiring.
- Communicate goals, promotions, and business updates effectively.
- Lead an overall positive and collaborative family environment.
- Select and onboard new hires.
