The Assistant Manager is the General Manager’s right hand and a driving force behind the showroom's success, bridging the gap between high-level operations and the daily customer experience. We are looking for a retail-experienced leader who knows how to run a floor, motivate a team, and maintain a premium environment without an excessive work week.

Requirements

  • Solid background in retail management.
  • Understanding of the factors contributing to a successful store, including conversion rates and customer loyalty.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with vendors, staff, and customers.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining a pristine showroom and organized back-end systems.
  • Reliable, consistent, and possessing a positive attitude.
  • A sharp mind for management.

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with the General Manager to oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring everything from merchandising to staffing is functioning effectively.
  • Act as a mentor and resource for the staff, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and product knowledge.
  • Lead by example on the sales floor, handling high-end clientele and resolving complex customer inquiries with grace.
  • Assist with inventory management, sales tracking, and reporting using internal systems.
  • Suggest and implement changes to improve showroom efficiency.
