About The Position

We are looking for future managers who want to manage their future and be the boss. This role is for individuals who naturally take charge and ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Domino's is hiring for store managers, specifically Assistant Managers, who will be the second in command of a million-dollar business and have the opportunity to grow into the top leadership role. This position requires judgment, leadership, math skills, and the ability to multitask. The company offers a fun and flexible work environment with valuable experience. This is a part-time, hourly position where you will oversee all aspects of your shift, including ensuring the safety, training, and culture of your team. You will lead by example and must follow all company policies and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew. You may be asked to help at other locations near your chosen store. This position involves 2-4 shifts per week, including some weekends. You are accountable for everything that happens within your shift, including People, Operations, Sales, and Profits.

Requirements

Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience LEADING people
18+ years of age
Good driving record
Ability to use Outlook / Email services
High School diploma or equivalent
Good background check
Eligible to work in the USA
Must reside near store location
Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of your shift.
Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team.
Lead by example.
Follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
Help at other locations near to your chosen location.
Deliver product by car and then to door of customer.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
Carry pizzas and beverages while performing walking and climbing duties.
Make several deliveries per shift.
Travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location.
Navigate five or more flights of stairs during delivery of product.
