About The Position

We are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager to assist our General Manager with day-to-day operations. We are looking for a self-motivated, organized, and hardworking individual who wishes to grow with our company and have fun while doing it. We are a growing franchise. This location employs 15-20 people so team building skills are a must for this position.

Requirements

  • Reliable Transportation
  • Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to work 35-50 hours per week
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Organization skills
  • Team Building skills
  • Basic Computer skills (Word and Excel preferred)
  • Basic Math and Book Keeping skills
  • Must be able to provide MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) from DMV
  • Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
  • Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Maximum of 3 traffic violations in 3 years or 2 in 2 years
  • A Minimum of 1 year of driving experience required
  • Must have approved Vehicle Insurance that covers Delivery Drivers
  • Car must have a positive image

Nice To Haves

  • Food Handlers Licenses preferred, not mandatory
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years in the food industry preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year of management/shift lead skills preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist General Manager with day-to-day operations.
  • Deliver product by car and then to the door of the customer.
  • Deliver flyers and door hangers.
  • Create outstanding product.
  • Deliver if needed.
