About The Position

Help lead the theatre and create exceptional guest experiences. At Regal, we create more than movie experiences; we create moments that bring people together. As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in driving theatre performance, developing your team, and delivering exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

At least 3 months of supervisory experience , OR 6 months theatre experience with completion of , OR Equivalent experience or demonstrated leadership potential ()
Must meet legal requirements for alcohol service if applicable
Must complete all required Regal training and certification programs

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of theatre operations, including projection systems, preferred

Responsibilities

Lead daily theatre operations, ensuring strong staff performance, smooth execution, and an exceptional guest experience
Performing all staff positions required
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and all certification requirements (including alcohol service where applicable)
Train, coach, and supervise team members while supporting hiring, scheduling, and performance management with GM oversight
Maintain high guest satisfaction by resolving concerns quickly and professionally and supporting promotions and theatre presentation
Oversee financial and operational tasks including cash handling, reporting, inventory, cost control, and profitability support
Manage theatre operations and facilities, including maintenance, cleanliness, projection and audio-visual systems, and overall building standards
Marketing and promotions of feature film engagements; scheduling of movie show times and the timely delivery of show times to all proper channels.
