About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers. This role requires a natural leader who can manage all aspects of store operations during their shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. The Assistant Manager sets the tone and example for the store, requiring them to be highly engaged and effective at all times.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people.
• A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Access to a reliable vehicle that is insured.
• A valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during a scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile, including answering the phone.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
• Make fast, accurate, and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
