Requirements

Experience leading a team, with the ability to motivate staff and ensure they are in the right place, at the right time, doing the right thing.
A clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license.
Ability to be a great role model, demonstrating punctuality, a positive attitude towards customers and co-workers, and high personal standards.
Willingness to work when the team needs you most, including weekends and holidays.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Perform all duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Manage a team of 3 to 30 employees during a scheduled shift.
Oversee all store operations.
Greet customers and take orders with a positive attitude, including answering the phone.
Operate the cash register and process customer payments.
Prepare food products accurately and consistently, adhering to portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
Deliver products to customers via vehicle in a safe and courteous manner.
Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, including customer-facing areas and back-of-house.
Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
