About The Position

This role involves managing store operations, including equipment operation, stocking, product preparation, order processing, inventory management, and facility cleaning. Team members are provided with on-the-job training and are expected to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers. Essential functions include accurate mathematical calculations, handling monetary transactions, strong verbal and written communication, excellent hand-eye coordination for precise movements, and computer/touch screen order entry. Navigational skills are crucial for deliveries, including map reading, address location, and navigating various terrains and multi-story buildings while carrying product.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age.
Must possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
Must possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Talking and hearing on telephone.
Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks.
Depth perception.
Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Far vision and night vision for driving.
The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgements and decisions.
Standing for most tasks.
Walking for short distances for short durations.
Lifting bulk product deliveries (up to 50 pounds) and stacking shelves up to 72" high.
Carrying large cans (3 lbs, 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 pounds), and trays of pizza dough (approx. 12 pounds each).
Pushing to move trays on dollies (up to 7.5 pounds of force).
Infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder.
Forward bending at the waist at the pizza assembly station, front counter, and when stocking ingredients.
Crouching/Squatting occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
Reaching continuously (up, down, and forward) for various tasks.
Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.
Manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven and using the rolling cutter.
Frequent and/or forceful pinching required in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes.
Able to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
Utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel.
