About The Position

This role is responsible for various aspects of store operations, focusing on customer satisfaction, staff management, inventory control, sales, and maintaining a safe and fun environment. The Assistant Manager will be involved in day-to-day tasks such as rostering, stock ordering, recruiting, training, inventory management, cash handling, reporting, profit management, sales building, food safety, food preparation, staff and customer safety, marketing, and leading team meetings.
