Assistant Managers are responsible for operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and the facility daily. Orientation and on-the-job training are provided. This role requires strong communication skills, including the ability to comprehend and give written instructions and verbally communicate with customers and co-workers. Essential functions include accurate mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), the ability to make correct monetary change, verbal, writing, and telephone skills for order processing, motor coordination for precise movements, and the ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Ideal candidates are clean-cut, personable, outgoing, energetic, dependable, reliable, punctual, prompt, responsible, quick learners, self-motivated, and at least 18 years old.
