About The Position

This role involves a variety of tasks including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking phone orders, inventory management, and cleaning. Team members must be able to communicate effectively, perform basic math, handle cash, and use a computer keyboard or touch screen. Navigational skills are essential for deliveries, including navigating adverse terrain and multi-story buildings. The role also requires working in various environmental conditions, including temperature fluctuations and exposure to different odors and dust. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying items, pushing trays on dollies, and occasionally climbing stairs or ladders. Bending, crouching, and reaching are also frequent requirements. Driving to deliver pizzas within a designated area is a key responsibility, requiring a valid driver's license, safe driving record, and an insured vehicle.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
Possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Talking and hearing on telephone.
Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks.
Depth perception.
Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Far vision and night vision for driving.
