About The Position

Along the way, you'll learn what it takes to run a Domino's restaurant. This is an hourly position. You are accountable for everything that happens within the store. Whether People, Operations, Sales, or Profits. This includes ensuring the safety, training, and culture of your team. You will lead by example because your team will follow every example you give. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
Requirements
- Great positive attitude
- High Energy
- 18+ years of age
- Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good background check
- Eligible to work in the USA
- Currently resides near the store location.
- Open Availability. Must be able to open & close. Weekends are required.
- Pass Motor Vehicle Record Check
- Desire to grow personally and professionally
Responsibilities
- Training and managing store employees
