Requirements

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the food service or retail industry
Demonstrated leadership and team management experience with the ability to motivate and develop staff
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
Proficiency in cash handling, basic mathematics, and financial transaction accuracy
Strong ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Solid knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and best practices

Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
Experience with store operations management, inventory control, and supply ordering
Ability to support sales initiatives and contribute to achieving store performance goals

Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing daily store operations while ensuring strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
Lead, motivate, and develop team members to maintain consistently high standards of customer service and product quality
Efficiently manage shifts, including opening and closing procedures, while maintaining detailed records and documentation
Handle cash management, financial transactions, and reconciliation with accuracy and transparency
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, implementing effective solutions
Support inventory management, supply ordering, and stock rotation to optimize operational efficiency
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained store environment that reflects our brand standards
Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and support the implementation of marketing initiatives
Participate actively in employee training, onboarding, and development programs to build a strong team
Enforce and model food safety, hygiene, and health standards consistently across all operations
Analyze store performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
