About The Position

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for the operation of all equipment, stocking and rotating ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing orders, counting inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job training will include customer service orientation, interactive computer programs, and hands-on practice. The role requires strong customer service skills, including verbal and written communication with customers and co-workers. Pizza delivery skills are also necessary, involving safe driving, navigation, and carrying products in various conditions. Essential skills include accurate mathematical calculations for monetary transactions, with the potential use of a calculator.

Requirements

  • Ability to comprehend and communicate verbally and written with customers/co-workers over the phone and in person
  • Ability to safely drive own vehicle
  • Ability to navigate roads/maps, adverse terrain/stairs of delivery sites while carrying products
  • Ability to add/subtract/multiply/divide accurately to make correct monetary change (may use calculator)
