We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at our Stockyard location. Requirements

  • High school diploma required; college or professional diploma is an asset
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in sales and customer service, or relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus
  • Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends
  • Strong sense of autonomy, initiative, and decision-making skills
  • Proven skills in management, organization, and communication
  • Customer-oriented with solid sales and advisory abilities

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Respond to customer needs with personalized service and expert advice
  • Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations
  • Ensure effective and attractive merchandising
  • Provide internal training to team members
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships
  • Maximize sales and store profitability
  • Supervise, motivate, and coach employees
  • Actively participate in recruiting and training
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards
  • Build long-lasting customer relationships
  • Set clear goals and communicate them effectively
  • Plan and oversee daily store operations
  • Manage smooth store openings and closings
  • Implement company policies and procedures
  • Ensure workplace health and safety
  • Verify sales reports and manage inventory
  • Communicate with the Administrative Center as needed
  • Perform any other related duties
