About The Position

The Assistant Manager role at Circle K involves assisting the Store Manager with all aspects of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising staff, daily task management, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The position requires maintaining high standards of fast and friendly customer service and executing the food program. The ideal candidate will be a leader who can motivate a team, communicate effectively, and handle various operational tasks while ensuring safety and security. This is a full-time position offering a career path in management within a large, stable employer.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands
• Requires eye-hand coordination
• May require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs

• Help with hiring, supervising and working with the staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising
• Help to maintain high standards and provide fast and friendly service to our customers
