About The Position

Salt Marsh Pizza, a growing Domino's Pizza Franchise in central Georgia, is seeking Assistant Managers and General Managers in Training for locations in Milledgeville, Gray, Greensboro, Sandersville, Madison, Forsyth, Barnesville, and Jackson. This role is for individuals who are natural leaders, possess strong judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask. You will gain valuable work experience in a fun and flexible environment, contributing to the best pizza delivery service.

• Have a valid Driver's License with at least two-year driving history
• Maintain and provide valid insurance on personal vehicle
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, schedule and manage employees in daily tasks
• Develop good customer relationships and address customer service needs
• Manage purchasing, inventory, maintenance, and other operational functions
• Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement
• Communicate between managers, customers, and employees
• Assist with deliveries as needed based on business
