About The Position
Wow 1st (DBA) is a locally owned and operated franchise striving to bring a smile to everyone's face by serving the community with fresh, fast, and hot product. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations during your shift, managing costs and profits, overseeing inventory, leading the team in delivering excellent customer service, building and mentoring the crew, managing documents, and executing marketing initiatives. You will also maintain store cleanliness, operate all equipment, manage ingredient flow from delivery to storage, and efficiently take phone orders. The role emphasizes a fun work environment with a passion for pizza.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
- Must be available 7 days a week with varying shifts.
