This role involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, cleaning equipment and the facility, and making correct monetary change. The position requires strong verbal, writing, and telephone skills for order processing, as well as motor coordination for precise movements. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for entering orders via computer or touchscreen, communicating with customers and co-workers, and delivering products by car to customer doors. Navigational skills are necessary for locating addresses and navigating various delivery sites while carrying product.
