About The Position

This role involves managing daily operations, including deliveries, team supervision, and ensuring quality standards are met. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for various tasks that require physical stamina and attention to detail.

Requirements

Depth perception.
Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Eye-hand coordination is essential.
Use of hands is continuous during the day.
Frequently activities require use of one or both hands.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for bulk product deliveries.
Ability to carry approximately 12 pounds per tray of pizza dough.
Ability to push a stack of trays on a dolly requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force.

Responsibilities

Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area.
Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck.
Carry large cans and pizza sauce from workstation to storage.
Carry trays of pizza dough over short distances.
Push or pull trays on dollies.
Navigate stairs or climb ladders for maintenance and sign changes.
Perform tasks requiring forward bending at the waist, such as pizza assembly and stocking ingredients.
Crouch or squat to stock shelves and clean low areas.
Perform continuous reaching tasks (up, down, and forward).
Shape pizza dough, requiring frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.
