Domino's Pizza is hiring bosses - more specifically assistant managers. It's a tough job, one that needs a natural like you. You will be responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example, follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew. This role involves staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining perfect image and adherence to standards, providing great customer service, ensuring attendance & punctuality, having transportation to/from work, maintaining store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability. General duties for all store team members include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory and completing associated paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility.
