Responsibilities
- Responsible for everything that happens on your shift, including all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
- Set the example for crew members.
- Follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew members.
- Responsible for staffing.
- Maintain perfect image.
- Provide great customer service.
- Ensure attendance.
- Assist with marketing.
- Maintain store cleanliness.
- Contribute to store profitability.
- Operate all equipment.
- Receive and process phone orders.
- Enter orders into computer with keyboard or touch screen.
- Clean equipment and facility daily.
- Take food inventory.
- Train other Team members.
