About The Position

Circle K is looking for an Assistant Manager to join their team. This role is for individuals who desire to be challenged, work in a fast-paced, fun environment, and build a career in management. As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager with the oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising, and working with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. You will also help maintain high standards, provide fast and friendly customer service, and execute the food program. The position requires a sense of urgency, patience, and leadership, and a commitment to regular and predictable onsite attendance.
