Requirements

  • At least 1 year of retail management experience
  • Proven leadership experience and an ability to develop and motivate team of up to 25 employees
  • Quick thinker and able to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates
  • Effective communicator in both a group setting and one on one
  • Welcome feedback and are ready to improve always

Responsibilities

  • Support the team in driving the mission statement in the store.
  • Achieve store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll and expenses in partnership with the Store Manager.
  • Coach and motivate a high performing team of fashion loving Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect.
  • Drive sales to ensure the overall success of the store.
  • Build brand loyalty by providing an omni channel Oasis experience to every customer.
  • Provide feedback to do more with less and create value for the brand.
  • Support the Store Manager in finding the right talent.
  • Consistently make new networking connections to ensure the store has a wide talent pool.
  • Provide an exceptional onboarding experience that supports the store’s retention goals.
  • Organize and plan in detail to get the job done.
  • Own the sales floor to ensure daily operations are executed and create the Oasis for customers.
  • Supervise and conduct training with the team in partnership with the Store Manager.
  • Lead by example, communicate clearly and foster a culture of continuous improvement with stylists through recognition, coaching, feedback, and utilizing company tools and programs.
  • Follow all Windsor policy and procedures.
  • Support the execution of the Windsor Merchandising Directive in partnership with the Store Manager.
  • Maintain a neat, clean and tidy store in compliance with Windsor’s Visual Guidelines.
  • Make smart merchandising decisions.
  • Live and promote Windsor values in everything you do.
  • Deliver your best every day by fostering a culture of respect, care, ownership and personal commitment.
