About The Position

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their team at Sylvia at South Broadway, a 222-unit apartment community in Joshua, TX. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the Community Manager with the daily operations of the property. This role offers the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives and to grow personally and professionally within a purpose-driven organization focused on affordable housing.

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
• Yardi software experience preferred
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
