About The Position

This role involves operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking phone orders, and performing inventory and cleaning tasks. Training is provided on the job. The position requires strong communication skills for interacting with customers and coworkers, both verbally and in writing. Essential functions include accurate basic math skills, making correct monetary change, and efficient order processing using a computer or touch screen. The work environment includes exposure to varying weather conditions, temperature fluctuations, food odors, dust, and cramped spaces. Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking, lifting up to 60 pounds, carrying, pushing, occasional climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, and reaching. Hand tasks require continuous use, including forceful gripping and pinching for tasks like box assembly and dough shaping. Team members may use tools such as pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutters, and pizza peels. Additionally, the role includes delivering products by car to customer locations, which requires a valid driver's license, a safe driving record, access to an insured vehicle, navigational skills, and the ability to navigate various terrains and carry products. Delivery personnel will be walking, climbing stairs, and driving within a designated area, potentially in adverse weather conditions, and require far and night vision for driving.

Requirements

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
Must be able to make correct monetary change
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
Motor coordination between wywe and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make presice movements with speed
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Valid Driver License with safe driving recor meeting company standards
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
Must navigate adverse terrain including multy-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
