About The Position

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their team at Vista Ridge, a 308 unit apartment community in Phoenix, AZ. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the Community Manager with the daily operations of the property. This role involves maintaining stable occupancy, meeting financial goals, building strong resident relations, and providing excellent customer service. The Assistant Manager will also assist in training and motivating site personnel and establishing positive community relationships. On-call duties as scheduled by management are also part of the role.

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
• Yardi software experience preferred
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
