About The Position

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist in resident retention while enhancing the resident experience by applying skillful conflict resolution strategies. This role is part of the dynamic Property Management team at Level at Sixteenth.

Requirements

• One year of sales/service industry experience
• Experience utilizing Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid Driver’s License
• Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR

Nice To Haves

• Previous leasing experience, preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred

Responsibilities

• Post rent payments daily and manage delinquent accounts.
• Audit lease and resident files.
• Process pre-close and month-end reports.
• Inspect apartments upon move-ins and move-outs.
• Generate new lease and renewal contracts.
• Complete statement of deposits for move-outs.
