As an Assistant Manager, you will maintain occupancy rates and limit delinquency rates, attract and educate new tenants, investigate and resolve tenant complaints, update and improve properties to increase return on investment, ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion, supervise and train property staff, enforce property and associations' rules and regulations, review financial reports on a weekly basis to monitor progress, implement strategies to increase NOI on a consistent basis, prepare reports for market comparable within the surrounding area, administer Section 8/Housing Choice Voucher tenants, including coordinating with the local Public Housing Authority on Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) contracts.
