About The Position

Domino's in Peru, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at 1002 Shooting Park Rd. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store and delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 15 people.
  • A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
  • You will also need access to reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid driver's license
  • You have to be at least 18 years old.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
  • Assist in inventory management and stock control
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements
