This position is salaried, non-exempt and starts at 50k/annually with possible overtime. This position is also eligible for participation in performance-based bonus rewards. The company has plans to open more than an estimated 1000 new locations across North America, with emphasis on promoting from within. Requirements

• 1+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
• Honest, energetic, motivational and fun.
• Must be able to work during Secret Shop weeks.
• Must be able to work during operating hours (most locations open at 11:00 am and close at 10:00 pm with no drive-thrus).
