Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• One year of management experience required.
• Must be able to open or close.
• Must possess proof of at least two years of driving history immediately preceding the date of the MVR evaluation (if 18 years of age).
• Must possess proof of at least one year of driving history immediately preceding the date of the MVR evaluation (if 19 years of age).
• Must have an officially stated license.
• No more than two driving-related violations in the two years immediately preceding the date of the MVR.
• No more than three driving related violations in the three years immediately preceding the date of the MVR.
• No more than one at-fault accident in the three years preceding the date of the MVR.
• No violations for leaving the scene of an accident.
• No violations for Hit and Run.
• No violations for Reckless Driving.
• No driving violations involving drugs or alcohol.
• No violations for Vehicular homicide or assault.
• No violations for Unlawful Racing and Exhibition Driving.
• No violations for Eluding or Attempting to Allude an officer.
