Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must pass a Criminal Background Check
  • Must have one year of driving history
  • Must pass Motor Vehicle Record Check, meeting company-specific standards

  • Walking surfaces include ceramic tile "bricks" with linoleum in some food process areas.
  • Product ingredients and supplies may weigh up to 50 pounds and requires lifting and/or stacking.
  • May be required to occasionally crouch, squat, stoop, bend, or utilize stairs while performing job tasks.
  • Hand-eye coordination required for the use of shaping pizza dough, maneuvering pizza peel and cutter, and folding of cardboard pizza boxes.

  • Preferred to have access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery

Responsibilities

  • Being responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
  • Setting the example as a leader and ensuring all policies and procedures are followed 100% of the time.
  • Leading a team toward the goal of selling more pizzas and having more fun.
  • Staffing, paperwork submission, food management, scheduling, maintaining image standards, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
  • Directing activities, performing repetitive tasks, working alone and with others, working under stress, meeting strict quality control standards, coordinating with coworkers and customers, analyzing and compiling data, and making sound, ethical judgments and decisions in a timely manner.
  • Enthusiastic customer greeting and positive personality – taking orders and fielding customer concerns with a smile!
  • Operating, cleaning, and maintaining all store facilities and equipment.
  • Preparing product to Domino’s specifications and guidelines.
  • Taking inventory, stocking ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in or reach-in cooler, and completing associated paperwork.
  • Receiving and processing telephone orders expeditiously to ensure customer satisfaction and timely pizza delivery.
  • Navigating diverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
  • Adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
  • Making correct monetary change.
  • Utilizing a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
