About The Position

The Assistant Manager will join the team to be challenged, work in a fast-paced, fun environment, and build a career in management. This role involves assisting the Store Manager with the oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising, and working with staff on daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The Assistant Manager is responsible for maintaining high standards, providing fast and friendly customer service, and executing the food program. The position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance, and the individual is expected to care about customers, set an example for staff, and display a sense of urgency, patience, and leadership.
