About The Position

The Assistant Manager assists in all aspects of the day to day operations of our Assisted Living/Memory Care community in Highland Park. This includes public relations, marketing, financial management and oversight of the building and staff. Provide input into the planning process for quality care, employee recruitment and retention. Assure facility is in compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations. The Assistant Manager will provide support with admissions and discharges as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • 1-2 years supervisory experience.
  • Knowledgeable in State regulations pertaining to Assisted Living.
  • Must be able to make independent decisions.
  • 1-2 years experience working with the elderly.
  • Ability to be flexible.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English.
  • Must be able to perform physical job demands of position.
  • Exercises confidentiality to ensure compliance with all HIPAA regulations.
