About The Position

The Assistant Manager oversees all activities during a scheduled shift and is responsible for store operations, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. The role involves leading and motivating a team, setting a strong example, and performing the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers. Assistant Managers also serve customers, prepare products according to established recipes and procedures, make deliveries, and maintain the restaurant's cleanliness and professional standards.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team.
• Strong judgment, math, multitasking, motivational, and customer-service skills.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• At least 18 years old.
• Willingness to work when needed, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain high standards for punctuality, attitude, and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store activities and operations during the scheduled shift.
• Manage cost, inventory, and cash control, and maintain customer relations.
• Lead and manage a shift team of approximately 3 to 30 employees.
• Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and collect payments.
• Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently in accordance with portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
